A couple of weeks ago I bought Bookmarking Demon produced by EdwinSoft for 147$. Enchanted by the american sales arguments which even would sell cow dung as healing earth, I had no choice but to buy it. Payed via Paypal. 5 minutes later I was getting started. Praise the electronical appliances with automatical payment handling. But back to the topic:


The design of the software
Starting the Bookmarking Demon in the mode for experts, one gets very angry with the designer. How on earth can anybody design a program in red? But there more worse things in our world. The menu is well-structured and intuitively understandable.


Functionality of the software
First I want to point out that you can create accounts automatically. Moreover one can add more Scuttle, ScuttlePlus, and Pligg pages even if those pages use a Captcha. This puts Bookmarking Demon in a leading position. Bookmark Submitter only supports Scuttles and even that, not in a satisfying way. Submitter does not create accounts, SEONuke can do this, but costs 100 € a month. You can look up the remaining functions on the website of the Social Bookmarking Software. (here you find the link). I do not want to write endlessly just to say that the basic-requirements are met.


Advantages of Bookmarking Demon
* Adding new Social Bookmarking Sites
You can add Scuttle, ScuttlePlus and Pligg – Sites. You can simply use a list of sites, which refer to registration page. (domain.com/register). It worked flawlessly for the tested pages
* Creating accounts
Providing a few information one can start to create account. Then the software runs within 10 – 15 minutes through all standards services. The success rate of the submission was between 60 – 75%. (excluding use of Proxies, and deleting of the Cookies)
* Transmission of Bookmarks
This is the most important feature. Provided if the account is working one has an 80 – 90 % success rate for the transmission. But it is annoying to have to fill in the Captchas every time.
* DoFollow-Sites


Disadvantages of Bookmarking Demon

* not many Major – Sites
There could have been more. Pages like Delicious, Wister – Wong, Faves, Propeller, indianpad, Furl, Bibsomony are available, but more Major – Sites would be better.
* Design
This damn red design makes me aggressive.
* Approximately 10% of the Sites have Pangerank 0

Conclusion:
The Social Bookmarking Software BookmarkDemon is according in my opinion equally convenient for private users and SEOs to promote their pages with bookmarks. There could have been more standard–services. But if you have a list of sufficient DoFollow-Scuttles and Pligg–pages you'll have within a short period of time a powerful tool for internet marketing.

SPAM –Warning
One is easily seduced to set many bookmarks. But take care not to cause too much spam. Specifically if one does not have an overview, there can be many bookmarks. Self- promoter accounts are easily recognizable and are from experience often deleted.
